ABOUT Ashley REDMOND

Passionate about the impact beautiful spaces and beautiful visuals have on the end consumer, Ashley Redmond takes her almost 20 year experience in the interior design and start up world to craft world class experiences for brands and clients. Exploring the intersection between technology and design has led her to think broadly about how to develop better process’ and ultimately end products when it comes to how people experience spaces and how designers design.

A serial design entrepreneur and expert in home furnishings, Ashley grew up in the furniture industry, running her first to-the-trade showroom at 18. After graduating with a BA in Interior Design and embarking on a cross country move, Ashley opened and ran her own brick and mortar furniture and design store as well as launching a successful home textile brand which was eventually carried in over 100 retail stores around the world.

A move to the Bay Area led to a serendipitous jump into the world of technology, where her passion, energy and drive for improvements around the design industry were perfectly aligned. Ashley was the Director of Design for Decorist, an online interior design company, that went on to be acquired by Fortune 500 company Bed Bath and Beyond. Following the acquisition, Ashley left to join Sonder, a tech enabled hospitality brand, as their Director of Interior Design. There, as the first interior designer, she established the global creative direction, interior design and furniture sourcing strategy building the team, process and look to scale design beautifully and efficiently for over 10,000 apartments across the US and Europe. During her tenure the brand became a billion dollar company and has since gone public.

Ashley’s design work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Vogue, Elle Decor, Sunset, Popsugar, Home Beautiful Australia, People Magazine, HGTV, and has been a featured speaker at Dwell on Design speaking on the intersection of interior design and technology.

Inspired by the improvements technology can bring to the design world Ashley is the Co Founder and Chief Creative Office of ALL3D a virtualization platform revolutionizing the home furnishings and interior design industry.
